A white-painted canvas measuring six meters in width and two meters in length, is secured onto a high-traffic main road just before the start of the evening rush hour
The canvas is secured to the road’s surface using durable aluminum adhesive tape to ensure perfect adhesion to the asphalt surface
The number of cars passing over the canvas within the next hour is then counted using a manual counter or a similar measuring device. This facilitates the precise titling of the artwork as „Tracks / (xxx/number) Cars Across Canvas“
The canvas with the tire marks is removed after precisely one hour, stretched onto a large wooden stretcher, and framed with slim, natural strips of beechwood
The mental image of this artwork can now be projected or visualized on any empty white wall of appropriate size

Note: Originally, the project was supposed to be realized in 1990 on Dornacherstrasse in Basel/Switzerland at the level of Winkelriedplatz. However, the project was never executed and is now presented solely as a spiritual image for interested readers of this text
